Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham.
kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge and a two ring hob.
Bedroom with double bed,door to garden.
Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet.
Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas.
Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost.
We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather. Fibre soon

If we are in we are more than happy to help with anything.
We live on a residential no through road which is generally quiet. There is a school nearby so just avoid arriving at school pick up or drop off. Lytham high street is a 10 minute walk away.
St Anne’s is 30 mins walk or a 5 min drive and Blackpool 15 minutes drive away.
Lytham has bus and train routes to all areas. Preston is nearest city which is on train line from Lytham.
Lytham town and sea front is a 10 minute walk. Lytham hall is also 10 minutes to walk. Park view park and cafe are 5 minutes away.
There are good bus and train routes near by.
