My house is situated in the village of Balnain which is roughly 4 miles from Drumnadrochit and 7 miles from Cannich and Glen Affric. The house has 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping 6 comfortably and a folding cot/playpen if required, separate bath and shower , living room with sofas, tv, log burner and dining table that seats 6. The kitchen has most of the things you would find at home including washer, dryer, dish washer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as a large range of crockery, cutlery and utensils. While staying at my house the i hope that my guests make themselves at home and enjoy their surroundings including taking in the views and exploring the many walks close by. Many people like to use my house as a base for their travels around the Highlands, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus and Inverness as well as The Isle of Skye and even as a stop over on the way there too.
Balnain is a very quiet little village, my house is on a quiet road directly opposite a childrens park making it an ideal spot for families too as you can sit in the house or on the bench in the garden watching your children play.
