Perfect for contractors/business travellers. A cosy 1 bedroom apartment situated on a quiet residential street. This home boasts a spacious living/dining room and kitchen offering comfort and relaxation. The property is the middle flat in a converted end of terrace property. You have access to the entire flat! There is both private and on-street parking available. The property is professionally cleaned. The bedroom offers twin beds that can be joined together to create a super king sized bed, and a built in wardrobe/storage space. Towels and bed linen are provided. The living /dining room is spacious and relaxing. Relax and put your feet up on the leather 2 piece recliner sofa set and watch TV on a 40 inch HD screen. The sofa bed can sleep one adult comfortably or two small children. The dining table can also be used as a work space. The fairy lights in the vases are particularly lovely at night. During the cold winter nights, the electric fireplace adds extra warmth and comfort. Super fast WiFi is available throughout the property so you can work from home, browse online and stream all your favourite TV shows during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and microwave. Cleaning products and washing powder are under the sink for your use. Help yourself to tea and coffee! The bathroom is small but well-equipped with a shower unit, toilet and washbasin. Body soap is available for your use. Please note it has a sliding door that doesn't lock. Cleaning equipment and other amenities are kept in the broom cupboard in the hallway. The decor is simple but lovely and the small photographs on display were taken by my partner who does photography.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area. Nearest train stations: Harwich Town and Dovercourt. Local attractions include Harwich Museum, Harwich Redoubt Fort, Halfpenny Pier, Dovercourt Bay Beach, Beacon Hill Fort, Harwich Lifeboat Museum, Harwich Beach, Seal Watching. There is a nearby high street that has many local amenities, as well as a large Lidl and Morrisons supermarket and a drive-through McDonalds that are just a short drive away. Dovercourt Bay Beach is situated 1 mile away and could well be the best in Essex with its Blue Flag status. Renowned for being the location for the 80's sitcom Hi-De-Hi, there is plenty to do and see on and around the beach, including restaurants along the coast. The water at this beach meets or exceeds legal guidelines for water quality, and is safe for swimming/bathing. If you enjoy a round of golf, Harwich & Dovercourt Golf Club is situated half a mile away. If playing squash is more your thing, then Harwich Sports Centre is also half a mile away.
