Clarendon Villa is a short five-minute walk into the centre of town. Here you will find shops, cafe's, restaurants and pubs. Ventnor Beach and Esplanade is a litter further but all down hill. Boniface Downs is a short five-minute walk uphill to fantastic walks and spectacular views over the town ad English Channel. Clarendon Villa is located opposite St Catherine's school fields, where you have uninterrupted views over the English Channel from all the front rooms You can park outside and leave the car at home. The town is five minutes away and then a similar distance down to the beach and esplanade. This is all down hill, so be aware that it will all be uphill on the way back, so might take a little longer to get home. There is a bus stop both in the town centre by Boots and also at the top of Grove Road on Mitchell Avenue that provide services around the island. It will be the number 3 bus route through Ventnor.
