With 2 spacious bedrooms, and gardens, The flat is located in Ballater, a haven for walking, climbing, photography, wildlife, sightseeing, golfing, historic areas & fishing.
Bike store. Covered parking; visitor parking.
Note: There is an unfenced river 100 yards away.
Fishing: The flat has permission for trout fishing on the bank outside the building
Its perfect location in the Cairngorms, makes it a wonderful place to visit all year round. The village has cafés, restaurants and supermarket.
Flat is self check in and self check out. Host is available by phone.
Situated in Upper Deeside, you will find Ballater Golf Club, one of many courses in this area. No visit to this region is complete without taking a trip to Balmoral Castle. Situated approx 8 miles from the property, it is the summer home of the Royal Family and a wonderful day out. Afterwards, take a trip to Royal Lochnagar Distillery and appreciate the local malt whisky.
Slightly further afield, the large city of Aberdeen is approximately an hour’s drive away or there’s a regular bus service from Ballater.
