Property information

The property is located in the city centre, vertically opposite Coventry University. It is perfect for people who are working in the city centre, or if your visiting a friend or family member who studies here. The room is equipped with all essentials for your stay. A small kitchen area in the room, which has a toaster, microwave, kettle and mini-fridge as well as a 32 inch smart TV to enjoy films and relax, and a modern private en-suite bathroom. We also have a restaurant located next door to the property, which offers breakfast, burgers and traditional Greek food. With your stay, breakfast is included, as well as 10% off anything else you have. We have a fully supplied bar so your can pop in for a beer or cocktail before your night out, or to enjoy alongside your meal!

Neighbourhood information

The property is located just on the outskirts of Coventry city centre. Mainly surrounded by student houses or Coventry citizens. Were located away from the nightlife, so your not disturbed during the night, but not far away from it if you want to join in! The main tourist attractions are a 10-15 minute walk, to places such as; The Coventry Cathedral ruins, the Herbert Art Gallery, Lady Godiva and the Coventry Transport Museum. The CBS Arena is a 13 minute drive, if your visiting Coventry to watch a concert or attend an event.
