Unfortunately these areas are out of my control and are maintained by the freeholder. However please be assured that the interior of our apartment will always be maintained to the highest standard for our guests. Please note for security purposes, a security deposit will be required for all reservations made. We require this deposit prior to your stay, once received we can then forward the check-in instructions to you. All security deposits will be returned after inspection of the property.
