We are family run business established in 2023. We have an in house cleaning team, plumber, electrician & handy man. For each stay with us we strive on guest comfort giving them a pleasant home away from home experience maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness throughout each property. A member of our team is always just a message away to be able to assist with any questions, special requests or advice guests may need about their stay. We are looking to expand our portfolio in Birmingham and also other surrounding areas in the near future!

Property information

Situated on the ground floor of a modern multi story complex, this apartment consists of an open plan kitchen living area equipped with a variety of cooking utensils, a fridge freezer, wine cooler, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms (both with double beds), two bathrooms, a living room/dining area with views of the shared gardens. This property also comes with free wifi. Parking available at a near by paid public car park. Self check-in by collecting the keys to the property from our 'safe place', located just a one minute walk from the property. ✔️Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, wine cooler, dining table, dishwasher, washing machine. ✔️Living Area- Smart TV, sofa bed (2 people) and armchair ✔️Bedroom 1 - double bed (two people), built-in wardrobe, dedicated work area and ensuite with shower. ✔️Bedroom 2 - double bed (two people) ✔️Main bathroom- bath/shower ✔️Ensuite - shower PLEASE NOTE: - Paid public parking is available at a near by NCP carpark a 2min walk from the property. We unfortunately do not have onsite parking. - The entrance of the property is fitted with a ring door bell. - Guests are required to provide their ID, sign our rental agreement and provide a refundable deposit prior to their stay with us.
