This contemporary 3 storey town house in a charming Victorian mews has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and has been professionally interior designed throughout. The house is a hidden gem, tucked away a stone's throw from the heart of the town centre, surrounded by Leamington's signature Regency and Victorian buildings. Leamington's eclectic mix of high street shops and independent retailers are all on the doorstep, as well as vibrant restaurants, bars and cafés. The property benefits from 3 comfortable double bedrooms, all with luxury memory foam mattresses and contemporary décor. The property benefits from off-road parking and private access. The house is extremely well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.
