A fully furnished luxury apartment located centrally featuring two double bedrooms that ensures you will have all the privacy and security you need during your stay. The apartment includes a private kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven and a comfortable dining and living area for you to relax in. Apartment is equipped with a smart 43 inch TV with access to Freeview. There is brilliant wifi connection throughout the property too. I want to ensure you have a relaxing stay and will provide all the basic amenities and refreshments for you. Please note any damaged item(s) or financial losses of the property will be charged at its full replacement value.

Neighbourhood information

A trendy and cultural neighbourhood surrounded with trendy cafes, restaurants and bars creates a bustling environment in the evening. Nearby there are parks for peaceful strolls or if you enjoy shopping, the Drake Circus shopping centre is 2 minutes walking distance. Plymouth's historic Barbican and Hoe is a 8 - 10 minutes walk with beautiful scenes and sites to explore. Located in an extremely central location, around 2 minutes walking distance to the city centre (Drake Circus) and within close proximity to the Plymouth University, small shops, bars, local surgery, police station and the train station. Hence, most things are in walking distance but there is also convenient and efficient public transportation should you require it.
