Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. If the guest tries to come up with any excuse not to complete these, please be advised that the booking will be at risk and no access to property will be granted. Please note that the guest will bring no more than the stipulated number of people on the booking. If the guest is found to have brought more people than advised on the booking, this will be a breach of our terms and conditions and the booking will be cancelled.
