Lakeside Lodge is close to a number of tourist attractions, including the Chichester Castle, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Arundel Castle, West Wittering Beach and the Manhood Peninsula. In addition, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the nearby South Downs National Park, such as cycling and horse riding. The Goodwood Estate also offers a number of events taking place throughout the year at the estate, such as horse racing and music festivals. Not forgetting the world famous Festival of speed and Goodwood revival. Shopping in Chichester is an experience not to be missed with its vibrant markets, independent shops, galleries and fashion stores. Runcton is close to some of England’s best countryside, so there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities such as cycling, horse riding and walking. Chichester festival theatre is also nearby and regularly has plays, musicals and concerts on throughout the year. There is something for everyone!
