This lovely town centre home is right by the most sought after seaside location, windows over looking the sea, and pier along the Worthing seafront. The apartment is on the top floor of the 1850s converted Victorian building. It benefits from south-facing panoramic sea views and north-facing city views. Within a minutes walk are high-street shopping and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, eateries. Marks & Spencer multi storey car park is about a two minutes walk. Guests can enjoy the whole apartment. Free WIFI throughout the property. Free Now TV Entertainment subscription is available. The apartment has a large double bedroom, a small double bedroom, a small single bedroom, a large open plan kitchen & living space and a bathroom. The living room and the small double bedroom have sea views. The big bedroom and single bedroom have views over Worthing. Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We have a travel cot and some toys for little children. The apartment is on the third floor and has one of the best views in Worthing. There is no lift in the building. If you arrive by car there is free street parking available within a 10 minute walk along Marine Parade or paid meter parking directly outside (free overnight 6pm-9am & every Sunday). Marks & Spencer multi storey car park is a two minutes walk. A limited number of free zone A visitor parking permits available, please enquire on booking if permits are required for one car.
Our top floor apartment has one of the best views in Worthing. It is situated on the beach, making it easy for you to enjoy a refreshing swim or a relaxing stroll along the beach front. Our property is located in the centre of Worthing with many popular eateries and bars just a short walk away. Worthing train station is a 15 minute walk away, where you can catch the train to Brighton, Gatwick, London Victoria or in the other direction to Chichester and Arundel. If you are looking for outdoor adventure, you will love our proximity to the South Downs. Cruise along the coast with the Coastliner 700 double decker-bus. Running up to every 12 minutes, taking you from Brighton to Portsmouth, the bus stop is in front of Lido\Marks & Spencer, one-minute-walk from our apartment. The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport, 52 km from the accommodation.
