Thank you for choosing to stay at my humble abode. I love travelling, love to meet people from all walks of life, sociable and friendly. I endeavour to ensure my guests are at ease and ensure your stay is comfortable. I also live with my cute Frenchie dog who has a calm temperament, goofy, loving and very friendly, he too will make your stay comfortable. He hardly barks at home and loves everyone. For added information, I have been hosting more than a year and have earned Superhost status since I have joined in Airbnb platform.
About the property:
Beautifully furnished single chic bedroom w/ private garden view. The property recently decorated and designed in mind with a cozy feeling added touch of new soft furnishings with a a lovely french shabby chic. Have a sturdy good sized desk facing next to the window with a beautiful background view of the landscape of garden. With soft furnishing it gives a relaxing feeling so you can be in your own zen moment. When you have your morning coffee / tea and look out the window there are birds chirping birched in the tree, you will notice plenty of squirrels and foxes doing their thing in private allotment garden. Also there is a natural lights comes through the widow even when if it is foggy or on a cloudy day.
Based in leafy green Upper Sydenham located in Zone 3. Sydenham is a safe, quite, family orientated and multi-ethnic community in a very green leafy suburb area. Street is a beautiful a wide road where there are ample of parking free space. Well Park is only 3min and Crystal Palace Park is 8min walking distance. Also there is Sydenham Hill / Dulwich Woodland about 13min walking distance. Very close to all amenities cafe, restaurants, parks, supermarket and transports.
With fast transport links it is easy to go-about wherever within and outer London. Nearest station is Sydenham, where overground and Southern railway operates together.
Sydenham to London Bridge station takes about 17min
Sydenham to Victoria station takes about 32-35min
Sydenham to Shoreditch via overground about 22-25min
Sydenham Hill station to London Victoria fast train takes 12-14min.
Easy to reach to East Croydon or to central London.
Bus 176 is 24 hours operated, bus route from Penge to Tottenham Court.
