Marlin Apartments Empire Square is Marlin's flagship property and its largest serviced apartment location in London. It's situated off the main road (Borough High Street) so there is little noise, and the apartments range from a spacious 400 square feet to our magnificent penthouse.

On arrival, a pre-authorisation of up to GBP 500 will be required to guarantee against any damage or other incidental costs. The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival.
