On arrival, a pre-authorisation of up to GBP 500 will be required to guarantee against any damage or other incidental costs. The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival.

Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have at check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty.

Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no gathering policy.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For bookings of more than one night, failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.
