The living areas in the main house consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge (no freezer compartment), washing machine in shared facilities (charges apply), dining seating for four people and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a private garden with decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking available in the site’s car parks. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and on-site, you will find a pub and restaurant, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. The classic seaside resort of Southwold, with its beach huts, traditional pier, and the nearby Minsmere RSPB nature reserve, can be found along the coast. Benacre Nature Reserve in Covehithe is the site of BBC's Springwatch. The beautiful Stately Hall of Somerleyton is a must-see, as is the world-famous Norfolk Broads and a slew of charming country towns.
