This superb house is ideally located in the market town of Southam, within easy reach of many popular attractions. It is close to one of the most popular wedding venues in the area, Warwick House. Walking through the glass entrance and into the hallway, on the right is a separate WC and to the left is a handy utility room, where the washing machine can be found. Straight ahead is the impressive open-plan lounge with two large sofas and comfy chairs. The dining area has a large table to comfortably sit everyone. The stylish kitchen features another seating area and a breakfast bar-style island with high stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for holiday dining and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The property has four bedrooms on the first floor, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, one double bedroom, a king-size zip-and-link and the fourth bedroom has a small double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath, large separate shower and WC. Step outside into your own private garden, the perfect spot to dine alfresco or relax in the bubbles of your very own private hot tub. The front of the house provides off-road parking for two cars.
