Welcome to Perfect for Contractors Recently redecorated for the purposes of guests making each room more comfortable for a good nights rest, each bed comes with a super luxury memory foam mattress to really relax after a day out exploring. The property comes with a main bathroom and a downstairs WC, a fully equip kitchen and an outside area. Smart TV comes as standard in the living room with Ultra Wi-Fi for all your binge watching needs or just to catch up on your daily soaps. Parking is available for one car at the property, (gravelled area in front of large window) please be aware there are parking restrictions on the single yellow line Mon-Friday between 9am-10am and 2pm-3pm if you bring more than one car. Pay and display is available in the next road round. Please note you may hear some train noise during your stay, due to the proximity of Canterbury west station. there are visible train tracks just after the garden, in which a train will pass by slowly around every 30mins during the course of their service. We are also awaiting our new broadband service provider to be installed beginning of January 2023 so please be patient we do have a dongle for the time being to provide some free internet access. Additional Info: Booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Confirm full lead guest detail via Zeevou. Read and e-sign Classy Comfort terms and conditions via Signable. Provide Government approved photographic ID via Signable.

Neighbourhood information

Canterbury is a great for wandering round quirky side streets, checking out the Cathedral or enjoying one of the many nature trails along the River Stour where there is an abundance of wildlife to see.   Toddlers cove playground comes highly recommended for the little ones to run off some energy, parking is available but it is walkable. Postcode CT2 8BG. Blean woods nature reserve, Westgate gardens and the Tannery Fields all showcase the river and Canterbury at their best and nature at its best. There is also a soft play centre nearby for little ones if the weather is not to great at Canterbury leisure building in Wincheap, postcode CT1 3RA. The Good shed is a mini-indoor market that sells home grown produce, with outdoor seating available you can grab a coffee and relax. Tiny Tim tearooms are a great place to enjoy afternoon tea. Canterbury itself has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from, we recommend Wild wood and the old weavers house which overlooks the river Stour. Lady Luck bar is also worth visiting.
