Milburn Cottage2, is within Walking distance to everything you need in Sunderland, an abundance of pubs clubs and restaurants, to cater for all your tastes . You will love the super comfy beds, Super king size in the main bedroom ( this is a ziplink bed and can be made into 2 single beds, please state when booking if you require this option) And a single bed in the second bedroom. Light and spacious rooms with lovely decor. The cottage is only a five minute walk to Sunderland Empire, and city.
Over 25 years experience in the tourism Industry. I can be contacted anytime by phone , and live only 5 minutes away if you need to see me for anything in person. An information pack is always available in the cottage, with helpful hints and tips on where to eat and drink, and places to see. There is also a list of helpful telephone numbers , should you need them.
MILLFIELD , TYNE AND WEAR , SUNDERLAND , ENGLAND The cottage is in a very quiet street, but only a 5-7 minute walk to the city centre shops, pubs and restaurants . 5 minute walk to the Empire Theatre 15 minute walk to the Stadium of Light Everything you want is within walking distance, great metro transport links to Newcastle and further afield , only a 3 minute walk away.
