The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

Minety Lake 72 is situated on the water's edge, the private jetty provides you with easy access to Minety Lake so that you can explore Lower Mill estate by water in the Summer months. Boasting a central location on the estate, Minety Lake 72 is only a short walk from Ballihoo restaurant, the award-winning Lower Mill Spa and pools, and the tennis courts. All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules. As you enter Minety Lake 72 you are greeted by a beautiful open plan area, home to the bespoke kitchen, lounge and dining areas, perfect for hosting your meals and kicking back and relaxing in front of the smart TV. The TV is Sky Glass and the lounge is completed by a log burner. The dining area comes with a table that seats 10-12 and a breakfast bar for 3. Also on the ground floor is a large W/C and a utility room equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also plenty of additional storage space throughout the house for you to utilise during your holiday.
