This beautiful newly renovated apartment is surrounded by woodland nestled in the Malvern Hills. As you step outside of the front door you are met with walking trails, bicycle routes and even the natural Malvern spring water fountain. The flat boasts its own kitchen complete with all the amenities you will need throughout your stay including a top of the range coffee machine to start your day right. The lounge has WiFi and television complete with netflix to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The sofa pulls out into a double bed for an additional two guests. The main bedroom is complete with a king size bed, television and dressing table, the bedroom windows overlook the surrounding hills and gardens for ultimate privacy. There is a bathroom complete with rain shower, bath and shower gel, soap etc so you have everything you need. The flat has its own private secure parking space, key lock box and electric automated gates. If you have an electric vehicle there is even a charging point ( please note this is an additional cost) A local pub is less than a minute walk or you can take a short drive into the local town where there is array of restaurants to choose from. Whether you are exploring Malvern, Elgar Route the theatre or three counties show ground. If you want to explore surrounding towns such as Worcester, Cheltenham, and Gloucestershire this property really is the perfect location. All types of bikes can be arranged and delivered to the apartment for an additional fee, this includes helmets and additional requests such as a seats for children.
