Property information

This is a stunning central Plymouth apartment in a fantastic location. It has everything you need as a home from home. Everything in the city centre is within walking distance & there are easy public transport links and the property is near the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment is set up as standard 1 double bedroom apartment and it also features a unique mezzanine style with a double floor mattress, with a ladder to access, limited head space and low ceiling. There is wonderfully comfortable king size sofa bed in the lounge. Please inform us of your preferred bed arrangements by completing your reservation form upon booking to avoid disappointment. Please note that upon booking for our insurance purposes we require photo ID for all adult guests and agreement to our terms and conditions which will be sent to you via email. We will require pre-authorisation of a card for a 300GBP damage deposit which is fully deactivated within 7 days of your departure provided there is no damage/loss/lack of adherence to our T&Cs at our property following check out. Where refunds are applicable, admin fees may apply. Pets may be considered at an extra fee- please enquire and we will be happy to assist you.
