A weekly housekeeping service and bespoke guest information packs are among the added extras that we provide. We go out of our way to ensure that every guest feels right at home.
Property information
These apartments provide everything you will need to call West Street Mews your home from home. Every AQORA Apartment has a 43 inch SMART TV in the lounge along with smaller TV's in every bedroom. Featuring hotel graded furniture, bedding and towels you will feel the comfort of home with the high standards of a modern serviced apartment. All units have in house laundry facilities with a dual washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchens and each apartment is fully furnished throughout. We offer a weekly housekeeping service for all bookings over 7 nights, which includes changing beds, emptying bins, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom as well as a general tidy and refresh of amenities.
We also have digital door locks at the main entrance and on each apartment. This means you'll never need to worry about losing keys.
Parking:
We sadly can’t offer free parking – however, parking is available free of charge between 6pm and 8am daily and paid for parking is available for 1 hour in the Fore Street area which is just outside our property. Guests can pay for parking using the RingGo App via desktop or smart phone – here are some options:
Purchase 1 hour maximum between 5pm-6pm and 8am-9am for instance, using code 30309 for the Fore Street area car park area, closest to West Street Mews and about 75 meters from our entrance.
Use code 29013 for Cathedral & Quay car park for daily fee (10 hours, 8am-6pm) – this car park is locked after 23:00 until 6:00
Monthly parking permits can be requested through the council at an additional cost.
There closest car parks are Smythen Street or Cathedral & Quay Car park. Car parking is regulated by Exeter City Council.
Neighbourhood information
The beautiful Exeter Quay, with boutique shops, restaurants and local pubs is just 3 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Exeter Cathedral is less than half mile from the property. Exeter International Airport is only a 15-minute drive away.
