Guest access/ house rules:
The cabin has private access through its own gate. Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must be leashed outside. Please note that we DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO BE LEFT UNACCOMPANIED INSIDE OUR PROPERTY. There is pet sitting services nearby and details can be provided on request.
Children are also welcome but must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
We are located on a working farm next to a busy road. If you are sensitive to the sound of road noise or animals this is not the place for you.
We have high occupancy rates and daily changeovers. We are usually not able to extend your stay without impacting the next guest. Unauthorised overstaying beyond 10am will be charged at a rate of forty pounds per hour and, if necessary, you will be held responsible financially for covering the refund due to the next guest. We expect guests to abide by the terms of the lease agreement and be respectful of our home and place of work.

Hi, we are Fiona & Nigel and we are the owners of this property and its extensive grounds. We reside in the main house with our family and this was was built in 1663 and is a working farm. Situated just off the A1 it boasts excellent transport links whilst being nestled in alongside the Wyboston Lakes Resort.
The town of St Neots is only 10 minutes away and there is an easy commute to Milton Keynes and Cambridge in round 30 minutes. The Shuttleworth air museum is also nearby and frequently holds air displays and special events.
