Newly renovated modern 1 Bedroom apartment situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic sea views over Swansea Bay. It is within walking distance to the centre of mumbles (15mins) where you can find plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants or enjoy a walk along the promenade. We are also located on the edge of the Gower Peninsula so very easy access to all beauty spots and beaches that can be explored during your stay or Swansea is only 10 minutes by car.
Our lovely property is adjacent to our family home in a quiet residential area. I also own a local restaurant, The Mermaid Café Bar & Restaurant which is also dog friendly.
