Fully refurbished two bedroom apartment with amazing views of the city center of Aberdeen (14 floors up). Close to Union Street, Marshal Square, Aberdeen University and across the street from North East Scotland College.
Great for 2 people who want their own rooms or 2 couples or a family.
There is a secure car park for one vehicle attached to the building.
I am 50 something and love not being scared of life.
There is a lady in the apartment building with the key that will provide them access. It is unlikely that I will meet them.
The location is very good, but the building is old and tired. Once inside the apartment everything is new and the views are amazing, but the hallway, lifts and entrance are old.
The airport bus (727) goes from the airport and stops right in front of the building - the same is true for the way back. This bus runs every 20 min.
