Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed at least 3 days before arrival and are subject to the following charges:

From 19:00 to 22:00 - GBP 40

From 22:00 to 00:00- GBP 65

From 00:00 to 7:00- GBP 100

Please note that these fees need to be paid in advance on the same credit card provided at the time of booking. Payment cannot be made at the property. The charges may vary for bank holidays.

Please note that if there are significant changes in your planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from another location.

There is strictly no smoking inside the accommodations. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100.

Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge.
