THE SPACE This apartment offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living room space and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The decor and furnishing have been designed for you by TS Residence to give it that modern yet luxurious feel. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to make your stay as memorable as possible, we provide all our guests with our signature welcome treats! Our 2 bed apartment can cater for up to 4 guests with double beds in each of the bedrooms. GUEST ACCESS Guest will be sent a digital guide explaining everything they will need for accessing the apartment. The guide will also cover everything they need to know within the apartment, from using the central heating to waste management. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** - Check in time is after 15:00 - Check out time is before 10:00 - We do not allow pets (Sorry) - We have no smoking policy within any part of the building or apartment. However our apartment does have an outdoor space where you are permitted to smoke/ vape. - Strictly NO parties - No loud noises after 9pm - We will require a picture ID of all of guests who will be staying in our property

The apartment is located in the heart of Burnley's town centre so you are minutes away from bars, restaurants and nightclubs. As well as walking distance from the main shopping centre, bus station and train stations.
