You’re invited to enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located and highly sought after apartment, right in the very heart of Leigh On Sea, among a myriad of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and unique and interesting shops and boutiques. The apartment is a third of a mile from Chalkwell train station or a 2 minute drive and approximately 1 mile from Leigh Old Town / fishing village and 2.5 miles to Southend's amazing pier and seafront, hosting Adventure Island, the number 1 theme park.

Neighbourhood information

Great Bars, coffee shops, Old Leigh is very quaint and has restaurants that offer fantastic food and outside seating for drinks, seafood etc, amazing walks incorporating two tree Island, a nature and wildlife area, Bell Wharf Beach is very close and of course a few minutes walk from Chalkwell station that has a 52 minute journey time to London and so makes a great base for days out to London
