We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Just steps away, you’ll find the tranquil waterfront, historic town walls, and breathtaking views from the iconic bridge, making it the perfect spot to soak in the town’s rich history and picturesque scenery. As you step through the charming courtyard, tucked away from the lively Bridge Street, you'll find the entrance to The Old Smokehouse. Enter inside, and a welcoming staircase invites you upward, leading to your cosy and beautifully designed retreat. The room has been thoughtfully designed by the owner, exuding a chic Bohemian charm with stylish, eclectic touches. Sink into the luxurious super king bed with a firm orthopedic mattress, stay cosy with underfloor heating, and unwind with a Smart TV offering access to streaming services. A dedicated tea and coffee station provides a welcoming touch, while an internal door leads to the elegant en-suite bathroom, creating a seamless blend of comfort and character. The spacious en-suite features a toilet, wash hand basin, a single shower cubicle and a large freestanding bath tub. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking space for The Old Smokehouse, however, there is free parking nearby on Quayside which is only a 2 minute walk. Pets: The Old Smokehouse welcomes one well-behaved dog. If you are bringing your dog, please ensure they are off the furniture.
