This newly refurbished, self-contained flat with front and back door access is located in Broughty Ferry - a 100 yard walk from the banks of the gorgeous River Tay. Double bedroom with king size bed, large lounge with sofa bed, smart TV and dining table for four. Fully equipped kitchen, newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and you also have free WIFI. In the beautiful garden you have a table and chairs with parasol cover to enjoy some alfresco drinks and dining.
Quiet neighbourhood street with shops, restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Pebble beach is a 1-minute walk away; sandy beach is a 5-minute walk.
All amenities in Broughty Ferry are a short walk away as is bus and train services. Free, on street parking available in Ambrose Street and surrounding streets.
