Brand new renovation in the heart of Newquay, 2 minutes walk from Great Western beach and all ammenities. Consisting of 5 good size bedrooms, which can accomodate upto 11 guests. The living space includes two lounges, a large family dining room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, utility room and a private out door south facing courtyard. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard throughout with modern comforts such as 50" tv's, a new kitchen and main family bathroom. No groups under 25 yrs

Neighbourhood information

The property is approximately 200m from great western Beach and 300m from Tolcarne beach. Two extremely popular beaches in Newquay. Within 100m of the property you have many restraunts and takeaways, ranging from Chinese cuisine to Pizza express. There are bars and restraunts overlooking the beach and even on the beach. The Great western Steam bar at Great Western and the Colonial on the beach at Tolcarne The towns train station is situated 100m away from the property and there is a popular bus stop outside the Great Western hotel and Steam bar. there are also man taxi offices within 100m and a taxi rank outside the Train station
