Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town’s main amenities. Entrance Hallway The apartment is accessed through a communal secure door which is shared with another apartment in the building. Apartment 1 is located on the first floor. Bedroom As you enter through the door to Apartment 1, you’ll be greeted with a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable super king-sized bed, sofa, free standing bath tub, Smart TV and a desk with chair. Two internal doors lead into a kitchen and a bathroom. Kitchen The fully functioning kitchen features an oven, hob, integrated fridge and microwave. There’s also a two-seater breakfast table in the kitchen to enjoy a homecooked meal or takeaway. Bathroom The bathroom has been finished to a luxury standard which features a toilet, wash hand basin and a walk in shower. Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5-minute walking distance. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in No 1, however, No 2 is pet friendly.
