Lyme Regis self -contained room. Parking. Patio. Excellent value. Spacious, self- contained studio room ( Kingsize bed) with private bathroom in lovely Lyme Regis. Private parking and a peaceful retreat with access to garden/outdoor space. Walk into town or beach via the River Lym walk. Easy access to South West Coast Path( 200 metres). Bus stop nearby to explore the Jurassic coast. Lyme is a hilly town so walking back to the accommodation will be a 20 minute uphill walk or hourly buses from town. However because we are not in the centre of town. Its quiet, peaceful with no seagull or traffic noise! Easy access to A35 to explore near towns. We leave bread, crumpets- jams/spreads, milk, biscuits for breakfast. A fridge, microwave ,toaster and kettle are provided.

We are Esme and Duncan. We love living in Lyme Regis. Realise how lucky we are to live here and want to host guests so they can enjoy the area too!

Lyme Regis is known as 'the pearl of Dorset'. Pretty town with lovely walks, fantastic beach, great pubs and restaurants. A35 nearby means exploration of lovely East Devon and West Dorset villages easily accessible. We are near the South West Coast Path ( 200 metres) and Lyme Regis Golf club. Combine a weekend break with an event at our excellent local Marine theatre. Music, comedy nights, plays on all year round.
