Ground floor flat located in the harbour area of Stornoway, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. No5 is ideally placed for exploring the town and surrounding island. The apartment is bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. Gas central heating and wifi included. Two double bedrooms, separate bathroom,with shower over bath, and one large open plan living area, with kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, washer-dryer and coffee machine available. Comfortable seating area with smart TV signed up to Now TV. There is very limited parking within the courtyard of the complex, however there is ample on street parking and the apartment is situated less than a minute from two of the towns main car-parks.
Stornoway is the main town on the Isle of Lewis. Once a famous herring port, you are now more likely to find yachts and pleasure craft from around the world in it's two marinas. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are located within easy walking distance from No5. From Stornoway you can explore Lewis and Harris and the magnificent beaches and historic sites dotted all around the islands. The apartment is also ideally situated for travellers on foot, as we are within walking distance of both the ferry terminal and bus station, so day trips around the island can be accessed using the frequent local bus services.
