The property has 1 x king, 3 x super king sized bed, 2 complete with ensuite. A large family bathroom with standing shower and whirl pool bath. Downstairs ample living space in the front room with electric fireplace. Underfloor heating throughout the whole house. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the whole of this property with a large private garden fully enclosed with 5ft fence. Parking free in the courtyard to the rear of the property just outside the kitchen. The house is located in a secluded area at the end of a shared drive with a local riding stable. Other things to note Free access to Chulmleigh Tennis Club facilities and 1 free swim/ leisure pass to The Mole Resort located 15mins drive from the house. There are many walks from the house along public footpaths in the surrounding woodlands. Please note the cleaning and warming of the hot tub can take some hours so might not be ready for the evening of your arrival.
