The house is just a 10 minute drive to the University of East Anglia (UEA) it is also just 10 minutes away from the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), it is great for families visiting students at Uni or working in the hospital as well as visiting people in hospital. The is a lovely log burner in the lounge for those colder nights. A dishwasher & washing machine in the kitchen. The house is 3 bedroomed, two bedrooms with king size beds and the third with a single. There is a trundle bed (for a small child) under one of the beds and a travel cot is available upon request. Brand new carpets in all the bedrooms and on the landing/hallway. A travel cot and a baby bath support are available upon request. The log burner in the lounge is swept and maintained. There is a smart TV so bring your log ins to access all your favourite shows. There is a fully equipped kitchen, brand new cooker, gas hob, new air fryer and a Nespresso machine - so don't forget your pods! There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower and a downstairs WC. A good sized garden. Parking is available in the Mews on a first come first serve basis.

The house is very close to The Royal Norfolk Showground so great for access to the many events happening there. Situated just before the showground is Longwater Retail Park, with a 88,000 sq ft Sainsburys, M&S Simply Food, The Range, Smyths, Pets At Home, Sports Direct, Costa, Greggs and Pizza Hut. Next Home & Garden and Aldi are just opposite the Longwater site. The local shop is ROYS of Bowthorpe, just 2 minute drive or a 10/15 minute stroll from the house. This is a sister store to ROYS of Wroxham. Wroxham is a beautiful part of the Norfolk broads where you can hire a boat and go up the broads stopping off at a local pub for a spot of lunch on the way. Norwich is a historical city with two beautiful cathedrals to visit while in the city. There are many wonderful restaurants in Norwich city centre, The Waffle House being a firm favourite for anyone that is lucky enough to visit. There are leaflets with attractions and areas of interest available in the house. However we can tell you there is plenty to choose from in Norfolk, lavender fields, bike riding, fishing, the glorious beaches of the north Norfolk coast, seals at Blakeney, Blickling Hall and the glorious Norfolk broads to name but a few.
