Number 46 offers guests accommodation in the heart of Hastings Town Centre. Ideally situated just a few minutes walk from Hastings rail and bus station, and just a short stroll will bring you into the town centre and about 10 mins walk into the old town, where you will find traditional and modern bars, excellent restaurants, and an eclectic array shops. The seafront is also only a few minutes walk. Our accommodation is ideal for leisure and business travelers with a choice of room options. The property has a contemporary/classic interior and each of our 7 rooms individually styled and finished to a very high standard offering a premium level of comfort. All rooms and apartments at Number 46 offer free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, a hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine, and a iPod docking station. En-suite rooms are equipped with large towels and toiletries. The one-bedroom apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen. Number 46 is just a 1-hour drive to Folkestone and Gatwick, and 45 minutes' to Brighton via car.

The fine print
Check in is available from 14:00 - 21:00 every day via a self check-in service. Instructions on this service will be listed in the booking confirmation email sent from Number 46.
Free parking is available outside Number 46 between the hours of 18:00 - 08:00 Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. Paid parking is available at Priory Street car park, located on the next road. All day free parking is available a short walk from Number 46.
All rooms are serviced daily apart from the apartment which is serviced on the 8th day of a guest's stay.
Double Rooms are not suitable for travel cots, maximum number of guests for double rooms are 2 including children. Family Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Apartment/Suite sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
Please note that guests must provide a valid credit/debit card when booking. Number 46 will charge the full amount of the booking 7 days before arrival.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
