Small but perfectly formed modern cottage based just outside town centre 2 bedrooms 1 double the second can be booked as a twin or super king Modern decor, free wifi, outside seating, Jacuzi bath (no bath bombs allowed) Modern Kitchen Well behaved dogs welcome but not on the beds Breakfast hampers are available at an extra cost or you can travel to the Forest Guest house for breakfast at a reasonable cost per head, prior booking required Guests will have the same luxury non hypo allergenic & egyptian cotton bedding we pride ourselves on at the Forest, lovely soft 650g egyptian cotton towels and our fastidious attention to cleanliness

Situated just out of town but still staggering distance from the many pubs and restaurants South Shields has to offer, only a few pounds will get you a taxi 15 minutes to the beach, a supermarket only 5 minutes away
