The property is a Grade 2 listed former pub in a much sought-after North Devon village - recently refurbed throughout. Please note that because of its age it might not be suitable to those with limited mobility - all the bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet are on the first floor. It is 40 minutes from surf beaches and both Exmoor and Dartmoor - close enough for days out, but far enough away to be off the well-trodden tourist trail. The village pub (multi award winning for food and drink) is just 200 yards away. On the other side of the road there is off road parking, and a small outdoor space for barbeques etc - full Internet access (despite what it says in the spec below) - check in from 4pm
Although we like to be out making the most of the area ourselves, we can always be called on for ideas and will enjoy helping you to make the most of this beautiful and unspoilt part of the world
Great award winning pub 200 yards up the road and plenty of others nearby. 40 minutes from surf beaches and wild moorland. Close to market town of South Molton.
