The building was an old library now converted into flats. It is an old property which has kept a lot of its period features. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city centre, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Close transport links to the A19 and A1. There are local shops a few doors down, including Asda, Lidl, bars, restaurants and several takeaways close by. The bus stop into town is only a few yards away next to the post office.
We have a beautiful coastline which stretches for miles. At Seaham we have the famous Blast beach. This beach is well known for its coloured glass. We have had guests from as far away as Australia and America to come and find the sea glass. I myself have a collection of glass pieces which i have found, its great fun.
Miles of fantastic coast line 5 mins drive away. Seaham, Roker and Seaburn Beaches Ryhope Engine museum Sunderland City Center Shopping Seaham Dalton Park shopping Seaham Hall Spa Durham City, Newcastle City Stadium of Light football ground Penshaw Monument Angel of the North Local bus stops a minute walk away running every few minutes with great regional links covering the North East. Metro and train stations are in the in town centre. Nearby Cycle routes including coast to coast.
