Old Spout Barn has been lovingly renovated by owners Sue & Kevin into a luxury two bedroomed Holiday Cottage with a multi fuel burner, picture window to capture the breath-taking views of the Howgill Fells and a bespoke kitchen designed & fitted by a local craftsman to complement the style of the barn. The kitchen is well equipped including a collection of appliances. the living area is open plan with a stone flagged floor as well as modern luxuries including a smart T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom off the living area. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom with King sized bed and a Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles .

Old Spout Barn has been newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard using local craftsman to capture the character of the barn, sleeping up to 4 people in the picturesque hamlet of Dowbiggin with stunning views looking down on the historic market town of Sedbergh nestled under the Howgill fells. Situated in the Yorkshire Dales and on the border of the Lake District just 15 minutes from the M6. This quaint barn conversion is the perfect base for many walks & cycle routes or to relax and enjoy the surrounding valleys and towns. The peaceful and tranquil setting makes Old Spout Barn the perfect Holiday retreat.
Old Spout Barn is situated in a peaceful countryside location just two miles from England’s book town Sedbergh and 4 miles from Cautley Spout; England’s highest (cascade) water fall above ground. A paradise for walkers, runners and cyclists alike and great for exploring the towns and villages of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. There are also 3 golf courses nearby
