The Olive Tree Apartment Hove A stylish and exceptionally spacious, luxury apartment. Situated very close to the beach and within the heart of Hove. Very near to Brighton, local shops, restaurants, pubs and local attractions. Private entrance and attractive outside seating areas. High quality beds, bed linen, towels and tasteful décor throughout. Main bedroom with luxurious king-size bed and second large bedroom with two luxurious single beds. Additional folding beds (child), baby travel cot, upon request. Wardrobes and chest of drawers in both bedrooms, plus dressing table in main bedroom. Very well resourced, fully fitted attractive kitchen, with LaVazza coffee system and milk frother. WIFI access, flat screen TV's in the lounge and bedroom one, plus Echo Dot and Netflix. Sensory security in living area. A newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower, incorporating a Grohe Euphoria dual head touch button shower system, heated towel rail and top spec vanity ware . We have private access and there are two pretty outside seating areas to enjoy. We provide a complimentary starter pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, a botte of prosecco, plus additional items. Handwash and complimentary toiletries. * Please note that there are steep narrow steps down to the property, which may not be suitable for some people. *Also the maximum number of nights you can book would be 7 however we may except a slightly longer booking but you will have to message us through this platform to agree this.

As a couple who have always enjoyed renting properties for our own holidays, we know how important it is to experience high standards and a hassle free, real 'home from home'. Consequentially, we see it as a priority is to make sure that our own holiday apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well provided for, so that our guests can relax and have a wonderful stay. You really don't need to bring too much with you, as we hope to have all the basics covered! We'll also make sure that you have all the information you need at hand and that you're settling in okay after arrival. You'll be staying in a great location; able to reach Hove in less than 5 mins and Brighton within 20 mins. We're very fond of Hove and Brighton.... there's so much nearby and so much going on! We really hope that you'll not only enjoy the apartment, but also enjoy the ambience of this exciting area along the Sussex coast. Peter and Debbie
Hove is a scenic and exciting area situated adjacent to the vibrant city of Brighton and within very easy reach of other seaside resorts such as Worthing and Eastbourne. From the apartment walk just a few minutes down the road to the extensive beach where there is also a beautiful grassed area (picnics and local events), a large promenade, little cafes, bike hire facility (from 3p per minute) and the famous beach huts all surrounded by historical Victorian and Georgian architecture. Walking up the apartment street, there is a very good public house (Hove Place) and a thriving coffee shop (The Flour Pot) all within a two minute journey. Just a little further on in Church Road there are a large variety of restaurants, bars which include the fabulous 'Gin Tub', shops and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance of the property Just 15/20 minutes walk takes you along to Brighton city, where there are many attractions including the new British Airways i360, the Victorian Pavilion, the famous 'shopping Lanes' and extensive restaurants, bars and shops. You really don't need a car as everything is so nearby, but if you want to travel further, the South Downs is a beautiful place to walk, or watch the paragliding and Worthing is another great seaside town nearby.
