The rooms at Gulland House all include a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The apartments include either 2 or 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathrooms with walk in showers. Outside the property is also a communal washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use.

Gulland House by the station, is ideally located for visitors to the City wanting convenience of location, within walking distance of Plymouth Station, consisting of deluxe en-suite bedrooms and two and three bedroom apartments. These properties are perfect for short stays, city breaks or business guests. With its great central location, less than a 5-minute walk from Plymouth Train Station and close to bars, restaurants, and Drake Circus Shopping Centre.
