Please note that bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18, unless they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age who is staying in the same dorm/room. Please note that couples under 18 years old are not able to share a private room.

Guests under 16 years of age must be in a private room (with an adult) and cannot stay in the dorms sharing with other travelers. Written authorization signed by their parents and copies of parents ID’s are needed, for all guests under 18 years old. In compliance with Licensing Law, all under 18 will be asked to leave Bar after 20:00.

Group bookings of over 15 people will need to contact the hotel’s groups department directly, to make sure that the hotel can allocate as many of the guests in the same room/s.

Non Refundable bookings are not amendment and not transferable.

Palmers Lodge operates a maximum stay policy of 14 nights. No guests can stay longer than 14 total nights within any 6-month period.

Guests are reminded that once they have paid on the day of check-in, no refunds will be issued.

Bookings for 15 or more people qualify as group reservations and are subject to different Terms and Conditions. Please contact the property/hostel directly for more information.
