Less than 100 meters, via footpath, to the shores of Poole Harbour providing easy access for watersports and just a couple of minutes walk to the award winning blue flag beaches, dunes, restaurants and cafes. This spacious 4 bedroom beach house comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is an ideal choice for families. South facing back garden, veranda and plenty of off-road parking. This traditional beach house is situated in a stunning location sandwiched between the Royal Motor Yacht Club and the renowned Rick Stein restaurant with golden sandy beaches beyond, all within a 2-3 minute walk. The front of the property provides generous parking for multiple cars with further parking to the side if required. There is a large light filled glazed porch to welcome you before entering the house. The main living room offers comfortable seating for 8 guests which enables this space to be filled with light all day long. There's a brand new smart TV, lamps for evening mood lighting and a dedicated work space for those who need to close themselves off from the rest of the house.

As new hosts, Paul and I, have worked so hard to make the house functional and beautiful. We live locally, so on hand to welcome guests, and love travelling and being out on the water. There is free wi-fi throughout the house for all guests. The house has been lovingly decoracted with a seaside style and palatte making the most of the beautiful views across the harbour, roof tops and pine trees. The kitchen/ breakfast room is well equiped for 8 guests and leads to the conservatory with large dining table and chairs with further comfortable day seating which provides a second social space for guests to enjoy. Lamps provide mood lighting for the evenings and patio doors open the whole space directly onto the veranda creating the ideal social space for when the sun is shinning on the south facing space. The veranda benefits from an elevated position over the rest of the garden and with further seating. Steps lead down to a generous lower garden with a lawn and bbq area. Upstairs their are 4 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have ensuites. Bedroom 3 and 4 share the large main bathroom which has a bath, separate corner shower, sink and toilet.
