First Floor: (please be advised that the stairs are quite steep) 1. Super King Bedroom – a spacious and cosy room with super king bed, plenty of storage, and an area to sit with a coffee or work with your laptop. 2. Twin Room – Perfect for friends or children, located down the landing. Family Bathroom – Complete with a charming roll-top bath, Victorian fittings, and a large walk-in shower with plenty of space for your toiletries and towels. Second Floor: 3. Super King Bedroom – Another roomy and light space with comfy super king bed, storage, and an area to sit with a coffee or work with your laptop. lovely bureaux which can be used as a desk for working. 4. Family bedroom – Featuring a double bed and a separate single bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. There is also a great dressing room space at the back of the room. Living Spaces - ground floor and lower ground Spacious Lounge/Diner – Relax and unwind in the welcoming ground floor lounge, or gather for meals in the dining area with plenty of seating for everyone. Separate Fully Fitted Kitchen – Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a family feast. We have a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, compact microwave, kettle and 4-slice toaster.
