We think Pavilion cottage is located in the perfect spot, just across the road from Gorlestons beautiful 'white sand' beach, voted the BEST UK beach 2023 and opposite the famous Pavilion theatre with a packed programme of entertainment. Decorated in a light and airy beach theme and fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing seaside holiday, with sea and theatre views from the front windows. The perfect spot for lazy days on the beach followed by a wonderful evening at the theatre! The cottage is deceptively spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people & 2 well behaved doggies (fees apply). There are 3 generous bedrooms sleeping 6 people very comfortably and a large upstairs bathroom & a downstairs shower room. A small private west facing courtyard garden at the back and a small front patio. All the beds are all made up for you on arrival and there is a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, t-towel, washing up liquid, dishcloth, scourer, hand wash etc and should the sun not shine or the the theatre be booked there is free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV's in the lounge & master bedroom. Pavilion cottage is located in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk, England, United Kingdom. The cottage is opposite the wonderful Pavilion theatre which has a full program of entertainment all year round and is like stepping back in time to enjoy a piece of Norfolk history! (NB. The theatre does not cause any noise problems) It is also just a minutes walk from Gorleston on sea's stunning 'white sand' beach, voted 8th best beach in the UK! There are also plenty of good pubs & restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful city of Norwich is only 1/2 by car or 1 hour by bus and the famous 'Norfolk Broads' are just round the corner so there is plenty to see and do. Parking is free anywhere on the road outside. Gorleston High Street with a good selection of shops is a 10 min walk away and there is a Morrisons supermarket about 5 min walk away.There is also a good bus service from the high street which goes to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and up the coastal path towards Hemby.
