Guests can relax in the spa bath, thermal cabins or award-winning treatment rooms. There is also a modern fitness centre. The Latymer restaurant is our fine dining restaurant, awarded with a Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes in 2021. Our Head Chef, creates a tasting menu offering bold flavours in dishes using locally sourced ingredients inspired by the seasons. The Hillfield restaurant offers a casual dining experience, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our hyper-local menu showcases the very best of Surrey’s finest produce, with our brigade of chefs 'Farm to Fork - Nose to Tail' philosophy celebrating the seasons in a relaxed and stylish setting.
