Our home sits on St. John Street, known for having the most independent shops. Walking distance from train station, bus stop and long stay car park. Top sights: St. Edmundsbury Cathedral Abbey Gardens & Ruins Moyse’s Hall Museum Greene King Brewery Tour Theatre Royal The Nutshell Pub Nowton Park Abbeygate Cinema & Local Art Things to do: Stroll the independent shops on St. John’s street and Whiting Street. Enjoy local produce at the charter market (Wednesday and Saturdays). Relax in cafés and tearooms or treat yourself to a delicious meal at one the town’s many pubs and restaurants. Take a walk through Nowton Park or Hardwicke Heath for some fresh air and nature Bury St. Edmund’s Ghostly and Macabre tours
